Paleontology: Scleractinian corals of the Jurassic Microbolite (microbialite) and micro-encrusters of the Jurassic
Microbial carbonatogenesis (Recent and Fossil)
Micropaleontology of reefs and carbonate platform
Interest in Hominidae and more generally in primates
Paleoecology: Ecology of Oxfordian reefs, with controlling factor analysis (turbidity, oxygenation, alkalinity, nutrients, etc.)
Sedimentology: High-resolution (Milankovitch frequency band) sequence stratigraphy and cyclostratigraphy in mixed siliciclastic-carbonate systems.
Teaching:Lectures and field trips for beginners and advanced students in the fields described above and general Palaeontology.
